Didn't weigh myself today; being cold much of yesterday put me off.  Anyway, did manage to use the outdoor bike three times and occasionally, the indoor one.  Diet stayed the same.
Thanks Dannie apologies for no chart last week unfortunately I was in bed with flu :(.  Hope you had a good Christmas and that you have a good new year.

Hi fredsnail, thanks for your message.  Hope your flu symptoms are improving or gone.  "Best Wishes for 2023".

Been looking at my outdoor bicycle figures for this month/the whole of the year.  December 2022 was 24.5 miles.  All of 2022 = 908.39 miles.  Results for any "lost weight" pending.

P.S. Thanks for the charts etc. this year and also to any others joining in this year (2022).

So the potential weight loss previously said "pending" for 2022 came to -1 pound. I think that this was just an anomaly, judging by todays weight (i.e. just a few days later which is three pounds less than that recorded on1st of January/this year).

    Since 21/12/2022, + 1lb.

    Hi All
Do you have space for another to join or have I missed the boat?
Im hoping to get some weight shifted after a PCOS diagnosis before Christmas and have started taking a multivitamin, cod liver and my escitalopram and had a shock when I weighed in on January 1st and realised I was 17st 5 which is the heaviest Ive ever been.
I have started walking our dogs more, walking with the kids and have been using a treadmill my son brought me 3 times a week for about 45-50 minutes as well as cutting down my calorie intake and actually eating breakfast. I want to up the exercise a bit more as well as I find its helping my mental health but looking for some people to hold me accountable - not like my husband who is supportive but will bring home pizza because he thinks I deserve a treat - Doh!
Husband is supportive too and so are kids, not for a skinny wife etc but that Im healthier, happier and more active. Hes a keen mountain biker so hoping to do a bit of that once the weight starts shifting.

Looking forward to getting to know you all and picking up some hints and tips along the way as well as offering support and encouragement.
    Time to find me again

Hi, please excuse my last post as I was "out of sorts".  Anyway, I did weigh myself this morning and STS which was from 4/1/2023.  Still doing my usual diet and exercise routine but presently waiting for safer road conditions i.e. for outdoor cycling. Pleased that I have some new waterproofs for this but unsure what goals to set regarding this losing weight thread.

Hope everybody doing this challenge is doing okay.

    Thanks.

Hope you're feeling better now dannie - sometimes we all feel out of sorts and no need to apologise for anything :).

It's difficult sometimes to focus on what we want to achieve as sometimes life carries us forward and doesn't allow us time to stop and think.
