I do calorie counting been doing it for a while but properly seeing results since 13th October. I don't weigh in regularly as fat loss doesn't always show on the scales but I have lost 1stone 11lbs since then

STS since last Wednesday. Keep eating more but no weight increase. Been out on the bike; just once I think. Weather conditions mainly affected this activity. However, used the indoor bike more and had a short walk.

Hi, please excuse as it was too cold in the house to do my routine weight recording! My diet was very similar but I haven't been out since last Wednesday. This was for an appointment which did involve some walking, once off the buses. Apart from that, used the indoor bike daily and did decluttering (sedentary) jobs.

fredsnail, thanks for your message last Wednesday. Yes, so cold but at least the snow and ice has cleared now.
Been out three times since last Wednesday. One trip was quite a bit of walking (i.e. a Christmas visit to someone) and the other two were outdoor bike rides. All seemed very different in temperatures. My diet is working out the same and used the indoor bike frequently.
Since 7/12/2022, + 1lb.

Didn't weigh myself today; being cold much of yesterday put me off. Anyway, did manage to use the outdoor bike three times and occasionally, the indoor one. Diet stayed the same.0
