Hi all. Stick plugging away here. Haven't weighed myself since July (eek) but not because I am in denial, because it actually feels less obsessive (for me). It just feels ok not to weigh at the moment. My (smaller) clothes still fit and I am still busy in the gym and eating well so all good this end. I think i have notionally 'maintained' for coming up to a year now which is madness to me (good madness!). Hope all doing ok.

Hello and well done on maintaining for almost a year - that's a real achievement - and an even better achievement is that you are happy on how you are :)

Hi efrieze, thanks for your message.  Well done and good luck.

STS since last Wednesday.  Still fortunate to be getting out to do grocery shopping, using the outdoor bike (approx. 4.4 miles trip each time).  Also, sometimes used the indoor bike.  So, no change to exercise and diet yet.

    Thanks.

    - 1lb since last Wednesday.  Same diet/exercise routine still.   Expecting that the weather might halt things eventually?

    Thanks.

STS since last Wednesday.  The weather still has not altered my exercise routine.  Consequently, more shopping trips on the outdoor bike and infrequently, use of the indoor bike.  Seem to be eating more; probably increased warm food and drinks.

    Thanks.

STS since last Wednesday.  Been out still on the outdoor bike but some outings were not very far.  Yesterday, realised that the weather was too risky for cycling (foggy and slippery) So, maybe time now for staying in more.  Also, had a short walk.  The exercise bike was not used much.  Diet was had as per cold temperatures.

November 2022 cycling miles = 65.7 miles (+ 1.4 approx. i.e miles did not record).

    Thanks.
