- 1lb since last Wednesday. Usual cycling and gardening done. Foraged a lot of blackberries; nearly 1.5 kilo. Will also check a local apple tree this month. Diet remained the same.

That's a lot of blackberries - what will you do with them Dannie - I hope you're apple tree hunt goes as well0

Hi fredsnail, thanks for enquiring about the free fruit. The blackberries will be shared with someone. My half have been mainly frozen. I do not mind eating them just mildly sweetened. Also, in yoghurt or in smoothies. No plans for any other recipes but these will probably occur as I use them up. Will be collecting more!
Did the cycle trip to check the apple tree this morning and came home with 24 small ones. These will be stored for awhile.

"No luck" this week. + 1lb. Did the usual exercise and type of diet. Enjoyment from outdoor cycling seems to be decreasing. Nevertheless, mileage for this month should be the highest all year.

Thanks fredsnail. I have been very consistent using the outdoor bike. Total miles for August 2022 = 148.04 miles.
Todays weight was - 4lbs, despite calories being higher. Used the outdoor bike a lot and the indoor one just once. Also, did bits of gardening.

+ 2lbs gained. Still eating more and my decreasing benefits from exercise is concerning.
