Sorry everybody, I don't have a weight recording this a.m. It was a really bad week regarding "dietary management", exercise was less and lots of other (not good) stuff going on. Another reminder that weight is still increasing would only add to it...

I'd like to join in! Haven't been around in a while, life has been quite hectic and has resulted in a weight gain. :)

  • Well done theatregirl and thanks again Fred.

I've not been good, so bumped my weigh in this week and expect a big gain come Tuesday.

Picking myself up and getting back with the program.

    Better than expected, 3.5lb gain

I'll need to get the fitbit back on, missed a couple of days, it's showing 14.8 miles walked over the past week.

Distance to the Houses of Paliament is 398 miles.

Sign me up for the rockets :) and the 5lb challenge please Fred.

    Hi everybody,

fredsnail - I think the previous chart for me should have shown :-

"Loss this month 0:0" and "Total loss -6.0".

Anyway, since my last recording two Wednesday's ago, I have STS, so please (if you agree) alter the end column to "-6.0" tonight. With thanks for your work.

(Last week, I did a lot better with diet and exercise. It consisted of a short walk, gardening (i.e. sorting and placing compost), some outdoor biking and also indoor biking).
