Oh my, I'm SOTW? I wasnt expecting that :rotfl: I dont think I've ever been anything like that before!
I installed a pedometer app on my phone yesterday, back to work tomorrow so maybe I'll see how much I walk to and from work - cant have my phone on the shopfloor with me though so maybe I'll add a little bit on at the end of the day.

Surprised my self with a 1lb loss this week.
Walked the usual 25 miles.
Also (if it counts) 2 1/2 hours dancing round the front room on WII just dance with DD.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:

Bookworm's Thread 2019 reading Challenge total :- 1/600 -
-2lbs since last Wednesday. Weekly average calories were reduced e.g. have reduced the amount of hot beverages per day and using up foraged blackberries neat. Also, did usual indoor biking, shopping errands by bicycle and more gardening in preparation for winter.
