31.8 miles wandering around the place for the week.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:

Well done everyone taking part.
Next months challenge will be to climb from Mount Everest base camp to the summit (11,328 feet) - you can climb hills or stairs or if you wish you can log walking and other exercise and I'll try to convert it to equivalent climbing steps.

Not been so good the past week, slipped into old routines a wee bit on a couple of days.
1lb gain, 29 miles walked.

Yet another STS for me.
28 miles walking. plus done a few sessions on the wii playing Just Dance with the DD ( about 1/2 hours worth, then needed a sit down!).
