Right I started my diet on first week in September. I was 11 stone 5lbs. Today I am 10 stone 7lbs. So really pleased with this. Now my goal is to keep going and try to get to ten stone by xmas. Still writing all food down. Now by body has adjusted to the new healthy eating and less calories. This post gave myself the boost I needed to start this diet. I try to stay to 1400 kcals a day. For anyone else who is thinking of doing a diet it can be done. I am not hitting 50 next year and this much over weight.0

Forgot to post this morning, my weekly weigh in, bit annoyed with myself cos I've put on .6 of a lb.
Hopefully next week will be better, making a meal plan for the week this week and trying to cut back on carbs.0 -

Bookworm's Thread 2019 reading Challenge total :- 1/600 -
STS since last Wednesday.
Have been continuing with preparing the garden for winter. Also, did the usual local shopping errands by bicycle although more indoor biking was done. Had an appointment that I walked too, maybe about two miles in total? Weekly average calories were less.
