  • Losing weight is a long term war. I remember six years ago, i studied in school and I was fat at that time. Then I graduated and worked. I felt heavy working pressure and turned to be thin.

    - 2lb since last Wednesday.

    Exercise -

    1) Sorted out the compost area i.e. methods to keep the contents of the bins as warm as possible during winter. Collected garden seeds and anything edible. Swept some of the paths, gate entrances and the front of the house and also removed weeds from its wall.

    2) Indoor biking but only local bike trips made to the local shops.

    3) Decluttering.

Dietary wise managed better which was good as plenty of everyday concerns which usually cause "a lack of focus". Still more lie ahead but will be keeping busy with the decluttering!

Hi, +2lb since last Wednesday. Did the usual local outdoor biking but gardening tasks were much less. However, much more indoor biking and lots of decluttering. Calories per week about the same. Not felt too good emotionally but have reacted in a determined way to keep up my efforts for better health.

Apologies but I'll be unable to do the chart tonight - my Mum passed away last week and her funeral is tomorrow so I've lots of things to finish off

I hope to do the chart on Friday.
