Hi again everyone
My twin boys are now 12 weeks old and it's time to start thinking about losing the baby weight (2 stone), with that in mind I would like to re-join please! I do lots of exercise but it's all walking with the double buggy, haven't been back to the gym yet.

Hi and happy new year to all.
This week i have managed to stay the same.
I have completed 232 minutes, just shy of 4 hours of activity (according to my new FITBIT that DW got me for chrimble).
Back at work now, so i should be able to get back to my previous level of activity, and hopefully get back on track.
Can i join the South team please Fred.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:

Thanks for the update last week and also for all the work last year.
(Also, thanks for letting me know how you are doing; I think I can relate to what you said).0 -
+2lbs since last week. Still doing outdoor biking which is mainly local; trying to grab some reduced post-Xmas/New Year food items. Just one purchase so far but still a chance when my local shop decides to make further reductions. Also, did the indoor biking last week.
Have been thinking about all the effort over the last two years doing this challenge. To constantly gain weight on one hand yet some improvements in other areas. I am currently considering what best to do this year as these efforts aren't working entirely.
Good luck/health for 2016 everybody.
P.S. Never done the 5:2 diet PalindrOmic.
