Thanks Syman - I lived and cared for Mum for the last few years so it all feels very strange at the moment now being alone in the house. I will get used to it but it will all take time.

Thanks for the update last week. Also, as Syman said last week, thanks for keeping us "motivated"; some of your comments and quotes particularly in my case.
STS since last Wednesday. Exercise remained about the same. Average daily calories increased plus one day of overeating. However, seemed to have "bounced back".

Evening all,
Managed to lose 2LB this week, but have not been too well. Still managed 12 hours of activity, averageing 9800 stepd/day. So been busy.
One more week of work then off for the break.Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
