    Hi,

    Didn't weigh myself this morning. "Messed up" regarding diet. Still doing daily indoor biking and several local biking trips for post Xmas/New Year grocery reductions. Stocked up very well, spending £12.50 and were originally £26.00. Could have purchased other items but they were items not wanted in my diet.

  • Hello everyone,

    I am really impressed with your enthusiasm guys, so I thought I'd stop by to congratulate you all. Quite clearly, the group has been going on for some time and it is growing stronger by the day.

    As for me, do not need to lose any weight as I've done that. Perhaps, I could contribute with few tips as for what worked for me:
    1. Got rid of cravings - introduced real foods, so foods that I prepared at home, based on using all natural ingredients. Once the body gets real nutrients, the cravings stop. This is as simple as that! My diet at that point was 80% raw, the rest of it were small amounts of lightly cooked vegetarian food;
    2. Undergone detox - as I switched to predominantly raw food, I enriched my diet with superfoods such as spirulina and chlorella, pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin and flax seeds, cavolo nero cabbage as well as some nuts and avocado. The foundation of my detox program were raw juices and raw smoothies. The purpose was to hydrate, alkalise and get toxins moving. Several moths into detoxing and predominantly raw food diet, I lost excess weight, regained mind clarity, fabulous figure and balanced my energy levels.
    3. Maintained my diet as 80% raw vegan and maintained active life-style filled with lots of walking, cycling, yoga, mind exercise and so on...
    Well, folks, this is my story. I really enjoyed my chosen path. Hope it motivates some of you to start your own healthy eating & healthy living path as benefits will be enormous and long lasting.
    Cheers
    Diana

    Hello NinaLive,

    Thanks for sending your congratulations and "tips" to us. Well done in acquiring your "chosen path". Your post came on a day when I was struggling to maintain my own "path" so thanks again!

    Hello everybody,

    I did a lot better last week with the exercise and diet. One day was tough and really wanted to eat a lot so had to have an afternoon nap to "escape". The exercise was indoor biking and outdoor biking as per usual.

    Hope it's okay, opted not to weigh myself this a.m.

    Good Luck.

    Hello everybody,

    STS since 6/1/15. The usual cycling trips were done and my diet was about the same as the week before.

    P.S. Miles recorded for cycling outdoors in 2015 = 518.3. Will keep a record this year too.
