Hello everybody,
STS since last Wednesday.
Only one local bicycle errand was done although more indoor biking. Also, plenty of gardening jobs and two walks (2hrs approx total) collecting blackberries. The crop seems slow and perhaps less plentiful than last year. (677gr collected so far whereas the total last year was just over 4 kilo). Calories were about the same as the week before.
Good luck.

Hope everyones well, weigh in was tonight, happy with a 2.5lb loss
Treated myself to a Fitbit to track my walking.
A GPS recorded walk came out at 3.64 miles, with the Fitbit reading around 3.4 miles, so I'm confident it wont credit me with too many steps.
Getting to the point, 21.9 miles walked this week.0 -
