Oh heck, I'm STS this week as well. What's going on? :rotfl:

Four hours brisk walking this week, still out of sorts which isn't helping, boo. Surely... the only way is up!

Good luck for the coming week, everyone x

Well done on SOTW Fred :T:T:T

    1.5 hours ballroom dancing yesterday.

Went to the hairdressers today, determined to get my hair cropped really short so that it is easier to manage when going to the gym / swimming. Somehow managed to let her talk me out of it and ended up with the same style!! Why do I let people influence my decisions this way?? Never mind, will try again in 6 weeks when I am due another cut! :rotfl:
Wow Jess that's a lot of swimming - well done

Thanks Fred, I feel like I have been doing a lot of swimming, but according to the map on swimming.org I am only 14% of the way across the English Channel! I have a new found respect for all of those amazing people who actually manage to swim the Channel.

    Happy Wednesday everyone.

Back from my hols, and back at work so only a few beers and back on my feet all day.

I have waited a few extra days to bring my post in line with freds so my weight loss for the last 10 days is 7lb (the 7 day loss was 5lb).

the distance for my step count is about 19 miles.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow.. :p

Hi all, I haven't checked in for a couple of weeks as I was away and then ill. Still trying (not very successfully) to adjust back to normal, non-excessive eating after my trips, where I ate out twice every day for about 10 days.

Anyway, I am +1lb since my last check in here, which could be worse, I suppose. I am very much on a plateau at the moment - been around the same weight since mid-June. Whilst that's better than gaining, I still have a lot to lose. I will keeping weighing myself and checking in, anyway, and hopefully my motivation and self-discipline will kick back in at some point, lol.

    Hello,

STS since last Wednesday. Last week was a lot harder; ate more but also more exercise (i.e. three errands by bicycle so nearly 10 miles, indoor biking and gardening). My weight increase seems to have stopped for now; autumn/winter seasons, I think, will make it very difficult to maintain or to lose.
