Please could you enter me as STS; weight was recorded last Monday. Still doing the usual exercises when possible but diet seems to be the difficult factor. February 2022 outdoor bike miles = 34.9 miles which were 25% approx. less than the previous month.

- 2lbs since Monday 28/2/22. Diet still remains the same but did extra outdoor cycling which seems to have helped. Also, used the indoor bike every day.

Hi all. Sorry I have been absent. I've been gaining and losing (big swings) due to being on holiday twice in the last 2 months. I am aiming to get back down to my previous low weight by 1st April. Not sure if I will make it but it's a goal. Keeping going all.0
