STS since last Wednesday. Used the indoor bike everyday and also went out on the other a few times. Maybe had more calories last week?

I’m too late to log it but I lost 0.2lbs. Doesn’t sound like much but it took me to the magical 9 stone lost! Yay0

+ 1lb since last Wednesday so an expected weight gain due to eating more. My exercise activities were the same as the week before. I have a planned longer cycle ride, as I have some gardening tasks (family graves) before the end of the year.

Slightly surprisingly, I have a loss of 5.2lbs to report. I have walked a lot (like a LOT) this week. I've covered 90 miles by foot because of this end to end challenge (virtual walk from Lands End to John O'Groats) and i was off work to spend the time walking (a lot).
I have now achieved my original goal - woohoo. BUT, I have decided to revise my goal down a bit.

Reporting a 'gain' of 1lb this week. I say 'gain'; and not just gain, because although the scale is 1lb up (no denying that) I feel that I have not necessarily gained weight but weigh heavier (not an excuse, I promise!). I've been away with the family staying in a hotel for 2 nights and although I was in the gym 4 times and didn't eat badly, I was still away from my own kitchen and the ability to totally control what I ate. I am comfortable that I will be able to reverse the gain when back in routine now that I am home. This is a shift in mindset - not to beat myself up about it - but to move on and get it undone.0

- 1lb since last Wednesday. Diet was very similar to the week before and so was the type of exercise (indoor and outdoor cycling). The longer bicycle trip to the graveyard was done, along with the required gardening jobs of the family graves.
