    Apologies for missing your losses Dannie - I've updated the total loss to reflect the losses I missed.

    efrieze don't worry - at least you've not gained - sometimes after big losses your body just needs to adjust so it slows down the loss.

    So after a bit of patience, i have lost 2.4lbs this week.

    I am 0.5lbs away from a normal BMI and 3.6 lbs away from having lost 9 stone.

    I had a record breaking week of steps due to this challenge I started last week and still keeping up with the gym too. I wish I had more hours in the day to do even more. I'm a bit obsessed!

    fredsnail - Thanks for the update last Wednesday.  Since last Wednesday, STS.  Diet and exercise activities were similar to the previous week.

    Its a loss of -0.8lbs this week for me. That takes me into a healthy bmi. I am 'normal' now - whoop whoop. 

    I have lost 41.4% of my body weight in 46 weeks. 

    2.8lbs to go until 9 stone lost
    7.2lbs to go until I reach my goal.

    Nearly at your goal now!  

    As for me, -2lbs since last Wednesday.  There really wasn't much difference regarding my diet and exercise activities from the week before.
