    - 2lbs.  Not been well recently.  As a result, a lot less exercise and do not feel like eating much.  Just lots of rest and naps.  Also, been reading about the bushes to be transplanted and how best to do these jobs.  Maybe this will be done mid-November 2021.  Wondering about new waterproofs which will be purchased online, so have to be as sure as possible regarding choice.

    Thanks.

Hi everybody, exercise and diet were very similar to last week, so I think that - 2lbs accounts for this.  Good luck everybody.

    Thanks.

Well done dannie - 2 weeks of -2lbs is great.

I forgot to report my weight gain last week. Or maybe I 'forgot' because it was one of those gains which was 'unfair' based on the week I'd had.

Anyway, the gain was reversed this week together with another 1lb loss taking my total to 120lbs lost. 2.9lbs to go until I have a BMI of 25 ie 'healthy'.

Hope you are all doing ok.

Hi efrieze, thanks for your message.  Not long now before your  "healthy" BMI is achieved!

After about a fortnight of "appetite loss", my weight has now STS.  My appetite has returned, plus slowly getting back into my exercise routine.

The outdoor bike miles were 27.03 miles for October 2021.

Hope also everybody is "doing ok".

    Thanks.

Apologies for the absence the last couple of weeks - unfortunately I've not been well - but am better now and nothing serious.

    Here's the 2 charts I missed:

Hope you're both keeping well :) normal service resumed on Wednesday :)

It's a sts for me this week. Trying not to feel disheartened that over the last 3 weeks it is only -1lbs in total.

I joined a virtual challenge. It is call end to end. You need to walk/run 874 miles in a year to virtually cover the route from Land's End to John 'o Groats. You log your mileage covered each day/week and see yourself on the map as compared to others. I am 9th on the leaderboard currently at 20.4miles covered since Monday morning. I log all my distance covered in a day as per my fitbit. You get a medal and tshirt at the end if you finish within a year. I aim to finish in less than 4 months.

STS.  More exercise (cycling and gardening) done last week, except the indoor weights.  Pleased that several garden bushes were transplanted and have obtained (online) two warmer jumpers for outdoor exercise activities.
    Thanks.
