    Here's this weeks chart:

No SoTW this week - good luck to everyone keep going, don't give up.

This weeks quote is by Barack Obama:

"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek."

I was away in Cornwall this week and away from my scales. Back now. Beautiful coastal walks in the sun helped me with my weight loss journey. 2 big milestones achieved when I weighed in this afternoon but hoping for a hat trick of milestones to report formally next week ;-)

Formal weigh in today. Over the last 2 weeks I have lost 6lbs. Milestones achieved as follows:-

ACHIEVED lbs to go To weigh under 200lbs
ACHIEVED lbs to go To have lost 7 stone
ACHIEVED lbs to go To have lost 100lbs
ACHIEVED lbs to go To weigh under 14 stone
0.4 lbs to go To be my smallest since 2007
3.0 lbs to go To have lost 7.5 stone
3.4 lbs to go To have a BMI 27.5 (middle of the 'overweight' range)

I don't share my weight with anyone (even my husband) - but I can with you all! I hope you know that sharing my success is meant to try to motivate rather than brag.

I read something on a facebook group last night which totally resonated with me.

"Dieting is 90% mental. The remaining 10% involves rearranging your circumstances and reprioritizing your life to make losing weight easier. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. How and what we prioritize will impact how successful we are in our efforts to do something."

Other achievements this week are that I ran my fastest speed on the treadmill - 13km/h (for a short time), I changed gym attended a body pump class and I'm signed up for a spin class today too.

I hope you are all able to have a successful week.

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.  Less weekly average calories had and the usual exercise activities done.  However, a bit behind with the indoor weights.
Miles on the outdoor bike in August 2021 = 41.4.  This was less than I expected.  It's becoming light later in the morning, so will miss my preferred early morning exercise opportunities.
    Thanks.

Well done efrieze - you are amazing :) - I don't see it as bragging - it's you sharing your journey and you should be so proud - that quote you found on Facebook is a great on - I'm going to put that somewhere to remember.

Dannie - it's surprising how quick the nights are going dark and mornings getting light later - it affects everything.

fredsnail - thanks for your message last week.  This time of the year, by the time daylight arrives, there's hardly any time left before everything becomes "busier" outdoors.  It certainly does affect "everything" for enjoyment of my exercise/therapeutic activities (indoors or outdoors).  Nevertheless, this year, more of the garden tasks are on schedule for autumn/winter, due to my previous (very) early morning starts.

+ 2lbs since last week.  Diet was slightly more difficult but plenty of exercise was done.

    Thanks.
