Another gain for me this week. 2.4lbs gain
My PT has quit the gym, hes been signed off sick and the gym are being a-holes about it. I've had zero motivation.

Amazing efrieze! You got this!

Hope you are at your "milestone" efrieze!

    - 4lbs since last Wednesday.  Very likely less (average) weekly calories had.  Done all my usual exercise activities apart from using the indoor bike.

    Thanks.

2.4 lbs loss for me this week.
We've got new scales so not sure how much of that is accurate and not just the scales difference, but I'll take it.

I set myself several milestones along the weight loss journey. Like 20lbs lost or 2 stone lost or 10% of bodyweight lost etc. It means that almost every week there is a milestone in sight that could be achieved.

With a -5.8lbs loss, this week's milestones achieved (a few of them) were as follows:-
I am no longer obese - now i'm only overweight - yippee
    I have lost over 90lbs
I have lost over 30% of my starting body weight

    Next milestones:-
    0.8lbs to go until I weigh under 14st 7
3.9lbs to go until I am under 200lbs
4.4lbs to go until I have lost 7 stone

Each week I add more small milestones so that they are bitesize and achievable in the near term.

I am 36.8lbs from my goal. That would mean I would have lost 130lbs. At the start of the journey, I would not even acknowledge that number, as anything more than 100lbs was too much to think about.

Set small, achievable goals and smash them. Then, over time, the larger goals look to be possible.

    Good luck everyone.

efrieze - thanks, interesting to hear about your "milestones".  I thought you would reach one this week!

+ 2lbs since last week.  Think I did less outdoor biking than the week before, ate a bit more, although did the usual exercise activities.

    Thanks.

    Amazing efrieze. Well done.
Sometimes we're so focused on the couple of lbs week by week we forget about the big goals. Big kudos to you :)
