7lbs loss for me this week.
Back on track and feeling motivated again. Been to the gym and had a couple of runs. Partner was hinting for a takeaway last night ( I got a new pizza themed tattoo yesterday and it set him off :D) but I resisted.

    - 1lb since last Wednesday.  Very similar diet and exercise activities, apart from more decluttering inside and outside of the house.

    Thanks.

Hi fredsnail, thanks for your message above.  I do put a lot of effort into diet and exercise still, despite the various difficulties.  There is an element of sameness such as my usual bicycle routes.  However, this morning, I noticed that I seemed fitter now than when I first started doing one of these regular hilly routes!
    Hope you are doing okay.

1.6 lbs loss for me this week.
Haven't managed a lot of exercise this week, been a bit of a mad week.
I had to drive to my aunties new house to collect my new pets Saturday night. My step-dad has bred some firebelly toads, and my mum was bringing them down to me. My aunties house was the halfway point.
Unfortunately mums train didn't get in until 11pm, then I had an hour drive home, before settling the frogs into their tank. I didn't get to bed until 1am, and and to be up at 4:30 to get ready for work. So Sunday afternoon was spent catching up on sleep.
As far as I can see (they spend a lot of time hiding) the frogs are settling in okay.
