+ 2lbs.  Ate more last week.  However, did do my usual exercise activities plus recommenced the weekly indoor weights exercises.

Gain of 4.8lbs this week. Too much good eating at the mothers! Ah well, back on the wagon

Good morning all a 3.2 lbs loss for me this week.

Getting back on track. Been for a couple of runs, and had a PT session. The gym is running a 'you vs you' 6 week challenge starting in June, so I'm signing up for that. The 2 women and 2 men who improve the most (increased muscle or fat loss) can win 3 months free membership. Worth a shot

STS since last Wednesday.  Went out on the bike with mixed results; enthusiastic versus not so.  The second trip out was harder due to changing my route.  This was to avoid an unattended alsation dog very early in the morning.  Also, used the indoor bike and did the indoor weights exercises.  Not much difference diet-wise to the previous week.
