Afternoon all. Reporting in with a 1.6lbs loss
My marathon training started on Saturday so I've been out for 3 runs (Sat /Sun & dragged the pup out yesterday), I was queued at the gym on Monday for 6am when they reopened, and just got back in from a 25.47km bike ride.

Hi x_raphael_xx, thanks for the message (9/4/2021).  Good luck.

STS since last week.  Diet very similar to the previous week.  Not much gardening needed doing so the indoor bike and outdoor bike contributed to most of my exercise.
    Thanks.

1lb gain for me this week.
No excercise at all. I was so tired that for 3 days I went to bed as soon as I got home from work and apart from waking briefly for dinner, slept til the next morning.

STS since last Wednesday.  Just little "odd jobs" done in the garden, indoor biking and two outdoor local bike trips.  The second bike trip didn't go well for several reasons so have gone off going out.  Diet went well generally but last two days became harder as mood dropped?

    Thanks.

Sorry to hear your bike trip didn't go well Dannie - I hope that in time you will feel like going out again on your bike.  It takes a while to get over a setback.
