Here are just a few figures regarding last month:-

One bicycle outing last week to re-do a previous unrecorded bike ride (2.1 miles).  For the whole of March 2021, just did 8.3 miles. 

The indoor biking continued to decrease to 41.5 miles last week.  No local walks either.  Both probably due to more time gardening.

Maybe a marginal improvement regarding diet.

STS since last Wednesday.  Diet was a bit better; no easter eggs but received some other (lower calorie) foods!  Been out on the bike three times and used the indoor bike as usual.  Managed to finish all the garden jobs for now, so hopefully the plants will benefit and flourish.  Good luck.
