+ 1lb since last Wednesday. Diet was very much the same a the previous week. Time spent gardening was 7 hours and 25 minutes. Maybe did a bit less of the indoor biking but went out on the bike last weekend. This was to do the unrecorded trip of the week before. February 2021 outdoor bike miles = 5.3 miles.Thanks.0

STS since last week. Diet was difficult due to wanting to eat much more. Went out once on the outdoor bike (just over 4 miles) and visited the churchyard (i.e.family graves) with some flowers. Did bits of gardening on the few better weather days. Decided to record the indoor bike miles this month and so far it is 83.5 miles. Good luck everybody.Thanks.0

A surprising -5.4lbs for me this week. I am walking 1 - 3hours a day so it could be due to that! Total -32lbs in 9 weeks.0

STS since last Wednesday. Tried hard to reduce calories.The indoor bike miles came to just over 69 hence nearly 153 miles this month so far. Did not go out on the outdoor bicycle. Went out for two small walks although these were not for long; not much more than 30 mins each time? Also, did a bit of gardening.Thanks.0

+ 3lbs since last Wednesday so disappointed about that. "Overeating" once and generally eating more.The indoor exercise bike miles came down to 38.4 miles last week which made it nearly 192 miles this month so far. Went out once on the outdoor bike but not very far (mileometer didn't work so 1-2 miles approx?). No walks although did do a lot of gardening starting soon as it is light (6am); re-designing the garden and making it more low maintenance.Thanks.0
