STS same since last Wednesday. Weekly calories went up from the previous week. Did the indoor biking but probably not as much as usual. Went out for two walks; maybe 2-3 miles total. Also, did some more gardening jobs (1 hour 28 mins). The walks and gardening were mixed experiences concerning enjoyment levels. Hope to use the outdoor bike early a.m. when the mornings get a little lighter. Thanks fredsnail.0

It's -4.8lbs this week for me. Not exactly sure why quite so much although I have walked A LOT this week. between 1 - 3 hours a day. Anyway, I have also hurt my back so that's not good. But onwards.

-1.3 for me this week. Lost 106 lbs since may last year so the loss is starting to stall.0

ReecesWaffle - I hope that will be my post next year too. That's a lot to lose since May (and especially in the year we've just had) - very well done to you.0

STS since last Wednesday. Diet roughly the same as the previous week. Did more indoor biking and went out on the outdoor bike once (first time this year). It wasn't very far however; just over two miles? (mileometer didn't work). Went for a local walk but it was raining quite heavily. Lastly, made some more progress in the garden on drier days, taking two and a half hours. Thanks fredsnail.P.S. ReecesWaffle, what a lot of weight! Good luck.0

Welcome ReecesWaffle - you've done amazingly well since May, how have you managed that and what exercise are you doing?
Good luck going forward too - don't be disappointed if you only lose a small amount each week - a loss is still a loss.0
