Hi all - I can't believe that it has been so many years since I was on this thread and many of you are still the same people!
I was on this thread years ago - i was even heralded as a major loser (I might share that link later!).
Obviously time has moved on (!) and I am back to my heaviest weight again.
I started a new health drive now and I want to be accountable so I'd like to join the chat if I may please (perhaps for next week). What day is weigh in?

STS since last Wednesday. Not been out at all. I think this is for about three weeks now. However, did do a very quick gardening job yesterday but the exercise is really just the indoor bike. (The calories recorded came to 2672.1 over 7 days). Diet remains the same. Otherwise, keeping busy at home.Thanks.0

Thanks. I have actually joined a free 5 day challenge on a facebook group where a nutritionalist is trying to teach us the rights and wrongs of our ways (!). I think she is then going to try to monetise her advice and keep councilling us for the longer term. I have never spent any money on diet programmes since i went to weightwatchers when I was 12 but I think i need a kick up the bum and I think if I spend money on her coaching, it might make me more accountable and not give up easily. Time will tell (also it depends how much cash she wants!).0

STS since last week. Things are about the same with diet and exercise. Not been out for a month now. I just used the indoor exercise bike last week and it recorded 2229.3 calories over 7 days.Thanks.0
