STS since last Wednesday. Just did 1 hour approx. on the indoor bike and two gardening jobs i.e. collecting seeds and transplanting. Not been out otherwise. Tried to keep busy indoors. Both exercise activities and diet were affected somewhat by being "under par". Hope everybody else are keeping well.Thanks.0

+ 2lbs since last Wednesday. Felt that the exercise had increased from the week before i.e. exercise bike just over two hours, one very short outdoor bike ride and miscellaneous small gardening tasks like transplanting and tidying up ones. Diet was about the same. Considering a different approach to exercise and diet as haven't enjoyed it quite the same.Thanks.0

Hi fredsnail, thanks for your comment last Wednesday. I've been wondering how you have been getting on regarding your "rut". I think I might be able to relate to what you say?Decided to go with what my appetite wanted last week and checked what existing food groceries I had. Consequently, ordered a few different food items that arrived today. Last week, the average calories did increase but - 2lbs.Still not interested in going out so no outdoor biking. However, did go for a short walk (20 - 25 minutes) to see how that activity felt. Did more indoor biking than the week before and more small gardening tasks. Also, focussed upon interesting projects indoors to hopefully bring about some changes; eventually!Thanks.0

Congrats to Dannie our SoTW this week - keep going everyone. This weeks quote is by Anon

My motivation has crashed Dannie, just can't seem to be bothered with a lot of stuff.
I'm trying to make sure I get out most days to get some fresh air and that is helping. Also trying to mix up what I eat to make it more interesting too.
Also trying not to buy rubbish, as hopefully if it's not in the house I can't eat it.
Hope you are doing ok0 -
Hi fredsnail, thanks for your posts the other day. Seems similar to my situation what you are describing. I am glad that your outings have helped. Hope things get better for you soon as possible.
