Dannie - I hope things have improved with your neighbours now that lockdown has eased?x_raphael_xx - how are you finding the gym? My gym is opening next week but I'm not feeling comfortable going at the moment - I'm still pretty wary about leaving the house other than for shopping.0

My gym is opening next week but I'm not feeling comfortable going at the moment - I'm still pretty wary about leaving the house other than for shopping. It's really good actually, they have spaced everything out (every other treadmill is 'closed' etc), they aren't 24 hours just yet so they can clean properly each night, and the staff wonder round with a big spraygun thing to mist the machines.I take disinfectant wipes and wipe down after myself. I can check on my app how busy it is before I go (although as its just across the road I can always go home and go back later).Everyone seems to be being sensible so far

- 2lb since last week. Diet same as usual. Did more cycling (indoors and outdoors) but not so much gardening. Haven't been out again to re-check the nearby 'best' blackberry bushes but other local bushes are not ready anyway. However, my outdoor biking has included walking up hills! Thanks very much for asking how things are fredsnail. There is still far too much noise that I can deal with, despite the (worse) lockdown-type not occurring now. Still trying to constantly avoid it, as any noise now has become intolerable. Hope you are doing okay.Thanks.0

+ 2lbs since last Wednesday. Usual exercise activities were done plus another walk (1 hour approx.) to look for blackberries. Only picked 63gr, so it looks like a "poor crop" this year. Did find a lot of apples elsewhere but they seem not ready to eat yet.The outdoor bike miles for August 2020 were 22.3 miles (+ 1.5 miles unrecorded?). Hope to get more gardening done soon as once the schools "go back", a chance it might be quieter everywhere.Good luck.Thanks.0

Good luck with the gardening Dannie - I hope it's quieter for you. The blackberries do seem to be an odd crop this year, some are over ripe very quickly, and others are still green, but as you say not a huge crop this year so far.0

Hi guys, sorry I've been MIA.
2 weeks ago I had to cover an extra AM shift, so forgot to weigh in (I'm usually day off on wed), then this week I was at my mums.I have decided that I need to change up how I'm focusing on my goals, so I've got my bf to agree to a little mini 'biggest loser' challenge between us. Whoever loses most weigh % (of starting weight to make it fair) in a month gets out of cooking for a whole week. We both weighed in this morning and agreed not to weigh in until next month. So I will be gone for a bit longer I'm afraid! Hopefully when I return I will have kick started myself back into gear.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Good luck x_raphael_xx.Thanks for your message fredsnail last week. Stii trying to get some gardening done but the "best" time is still from once it becomes daylight to everybodies getting up time! "Good job" I awaken very early, although a long wait until daylight now. Anyway, bits worked upon are becoming more low maintenance for next year. I've not been back looking for blackberries as I expected to return home with very few.+ 2lbs since last week, so very frustrating. Diet was the same as usual and twice went a bit further on the outdoor bike. Not as interested with the indoor bike though.Good luck.Thanks.0
