STS since last Wednesday.  Tended to do go out cycling, very early morning, every other day.  Gardening on the other days.  Still have used the indoor bike maybe every day.  So not much has changed to my routine.

Whoops, sorry guys, 2 weeks running I've forgotten to post. I did weigh in, over the 2 weeks a gain of 2.4 lbs. Heard news that the gym will finally be opening 8th of August! Reduced hours (its normally a 24 hr gym) but so excited to have a gym opening across the road.

I've remembered to post this week, but I didn't weigh myself today. Had a few drinks and snacks round a friends house last night, feeling the effects all day today!

+ 2lbs since last Wednesday.  Same routine regarding exercise and diet.  Just set off on the bike and go wherever the mood takes me, although not so far.  Have managed to get more done of the garden and constantly thinking of better ways of maintaining it long term. Nevertheless, the approaching blackberry season will provide a few pleasant outings.

4lbs gain this week. I'm back to square one. Time to suck it up and get back to the grind, the gym is opening next week on the 6th, I'm planning on heading in on the way home from work. Between now and then I want to get back out for a couple of runs.

- 2lbs since last Wednesday.  Wondering whether last weeks result is due to having to "adapt" to the pandemic and home circumstances; tight schedule/neighbourhood as previously mentioned.  Consequently, very hectic and restricted.

More and more, it is likely that low maintenance gardening combined with somehow still caring for the garden-life is the future.  Anyhow, hope everybody is keeping okay.

Finally a movement in the right direction! 3lbs loss this week!

I did get out for 3 runs, and I've been keeping a close eye on my food intake and cutting down (1 wrap for work lunch instead of 2 etc).
