Dannie I'm moving towards a low maintenance garden too - I've already gravelled the lawn and that has made a huge difference - I'm working on the plants in the flower borders now to make it easier. Good luck!

Hi all, 0.8lbs gain for me this week. Far too hot, been drinking a lot more pop than usual, I'm not a fan of the summer.

STS since last Wednesday. Not as exhausted now. Been out on the bike several times, done bits of gardening but again, not much usage of the indoor bike. Diet seemed to be "better".Thanks for your message fredsnail regarding your gardening. For some time, low maintenance gardening has always been a consideration. Still thinking things through, however, as this years (previously mentioned) experiences may be influencing me with this.Thanks.0

I like the sun - but 22 degrees is hot enough for me - I really suffer when it's this hot and just try to stay as cool as I can - I try to get things done early in the morning or late at night when it's cooler. Another problem I have in this weather is very disturbed sleep.

- 4lbs since last Wednesday. Don't know how that happened! Can't remember going out much on the bike but used the indoor one more. Gardening activities were limited due to a lot of rain, or conversely on better days, due to too much noise by others.June 2020 outdoor bike miles were 18.6 miles (less than last month).Thanks.0

STS since last Wednesday. Thought my diet for that week would have meant an increase. Did my usual three types of exercise, although my outdoor biking local trips tend to involve a lot of walking up hills.Best of luck.Thanks.0
