+ 2lb since last Wednesday.  Might be due to my different "lifestyle" at the moment but plenty of effort, such as getting back to outdoor cycling.  May 2020 was 26 miles.
    Good luck all.

Sigh...a 4lb gain this week. I'm up and down like a yo-yo at the moment. It's so hot I'm eating an icecream a day and not running. I think I need to get out very early in the morning (I'm starting work at 6am at the moment) to avoid the heat.

Dannie I hope that your neighbours are quieter now.
x_raphael_xx the heat has been dreadful - I've done no exercise either and eaten too much icecream and paid the price.  Hopefully it's a bit cooler for a while now so I can get my mind back into focus on it.

2.8 lbs loss this week. It has cooled down quite a bit, so much happier. Managed one very early run, need to get a few more in!

Didn't weigh myself this morning.  Felt exhausted last week so biking exercise reduced a lot and diet was more difficult to keep too.  Consequently, expected a gain and wanted to avoid that disappointment.  Same here; the weather cooled down and more rain, although did do some gardening.
fredsnail, since the weather changed, the neighbours have stayed indoors more/not in at all, so considerably less noise.  However, do not feel secure that this will last, should sunnier and warmer weather return.  Thanks for your comments though.

STS since 3/6/2020.  Still feeling exhausted but not as bad.  Only been out about twice on the bike and not much done on the indoor one.  Also, did bits of gardening; considering it becoming a more "low maintenance" garden next year.  Biking also needs assessing, in terms of where to go/what to do whilst out.  Diet was very similar to last week.
    Good Luck.  Thanks.

Just a tiny 0.2 lbs off today, all in the right direction I suppose.
