    Happy Wednesday all.
Gain this week of 1.8lbs. Pizza, choccy egg and no exercise.
Been suffering with bad hayfever, only antihistamines we can get hold of are drowsy ones, so I've been in bed by 5pm most days. I resigned myself to not taking them and just dealing with the fuzzy head and constant sneezing.

Evening both - hope you're keeping well - I'm finding it very difficult to get motivated to exercise or be active - I've done very little over the last few weeks.  I increased my steps today so hopefully it's a start and I'll keep making the effort because I know I'll feel better afterwards.

Back again!  This month, up until end 14thApril, it has been a lot of indoor biking and gardening.  Still not been out for a long time.  My diet has been a bit different as it has been in more consideration for health and grocery availability.
So far, the time spent on the indoor bike for the exercise challenge = 13 hours and 35 minutes.

Thanks fredsnail.  Feeling quite well thanks apart from having to cope with all the neighbours daily noise.  Hope you are also okay and that x_raphael_ xx has had an improvement with the hay fever symptoms.
My motivation for exercise is mixed.  Reluctant to go outdoors which would be on the bike and also to do the side/front garden due to having a shared main entrance (neighbours and their visitors in and out frequently).  Gardening in the back garden has been badly affected by neighbours behaviour so less time has been spent in it.  Currently, working upon a "plan" to do some quiet gardening activities before everybody gets up!
Hope your "steps" go well.  I also "feel better" keeping active.

STS since last week.  No change to my diet and exercise routine from the week before.
For the exercise challenge, did another 8 hours and 44 minutes on the indoor bike.  Did back garden tasks and only once went around briefly to the side/front garden very early.  Was not keen doing that.  Also, it seemed too chilly gardening before the neighbours got up as I had planned.

Dannie I'm sorry that your neighbours are being a nuisance - are they normally out at work, or are they new neighbours?
It is still quite nippy in the morning - we had a bit of frost a couple of mornings last week - I think it will warm up soon though, and hopefully your neighbours will be a bit more considerate!

Thanks for your comments the other day fredsnail.  Yes, normally at work but one set of neighbours have two additional occupants.  The continual (or expectant) loud noises from both sides (7.15am - 7pm approx) is very distressing which can be heard indoors and outdoors.  I do not expect this lack of consideration to improve.
It was not as chilly in the garden at 6am in the garden today.  Hopefully when it gets lighter in the morning, it will provide more opportunities for me to enjoy being outside in the garden, as I have not been out the house (on the outdoor bike) for nearly two months due to the pandemic.
Hope you and x_raphael_xx are okay.
