Hi fredsnail, thanks also for your message. Things are still "dragging on a bit" but yes, I am getting a lot of daily indoor cycling done.

First run in a while today. I've had a lot of pent up energy over the weekend. Couldn't get out the house due to storm Dennis, but persuaded bf to pad for me while I tabata'd some boxing moves both Sat & Sun.Fancied a run today, but it was so windy and cold on my walk home from work I decided against it. Then I sat down and was twitchy so just thought 'nuts to it', put my layers on and went out. Glad I did it.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

STS since last Wednesday. As with x_raphael_xx, weather not too nice to go out in. Howevever, tried some local biking trips but with mixed results as to whether I enjoyed these brief outings. Not sure if it was the weather or not? Otherwise, generally kept busy indoors and used the indoor bike every day.

Very pleased with a 3.6lbs loss this week. Been sticking to my Diet chef meals, only added extra was veg & a couple of crackers with some soup. Happy to get back to working out too.Boxing class tonight, then hopefully I can get a few runs in over the next couple of days. I've signed up to a March 10K, its the same route as the January run, so hoping to beat my time. One of our drivers left this week, and he bought me a box of tunnock tea cakes, I love them as they are the closest thing I can get to Dickmanns in the UK. Its a box of 6 and I've written 5lb goals on each of them
. I'm 0.8lbs away from being able to eat the first one.

Evening all.Just 1lb loss this week, but it was a big loss last week and it's in the right direction.Just got back in from my boxing class. Monday I joined my friend at her crossfit gym for a bootcamp, and I've had a couple of runs.I'm responsible for the afternoon dog walk (bf does the am and bedtime walk) so I've decided to kill 2 birds with 1 stone and take the pup out for a run after work each day.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Hi everyone.STS since last Wednesday. Diet went quite well. Went out on the outdoor bike a few times. One trip was a little longer than usual. Got soaked in the persistent rain; really need better waterproofs. Also, had a short walk and did the indoor biking every day.Thanks.0

1.6lbs loss for me this week
I've been doing an exercise video. I've challenged myself to complete a month of the video, the gym across the road is opening next month, so I'm pushing until then! Off to boxing tonight.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
