STS since last week.  Not been out much but did lots of indoor biking and a bit of gardening.  Will spend more time in the garden when the weather improves and also, consider using the outdoor bike more.  Diet went well and keep working on this for any health benefits.
    Hope everybody is keeping well.
    Thanks.

P.S. For February 2020, outdoor bike miles were 26.4.  Thanks for last month everybody.

Ooops, sorry, forgot to post last week. It was a gain of 1.2lbs.
This week was a loss of 4.6lbs, so over the two weeks...a loss of 3.4lbs :)
We have been given an opening date of the gym across the road, 14th April. Although I assume by that date, it will be closed due to Corona Virus :/
Hope everyone is keeping healthy and safe.

Thanks x_raphael_xx, hope you too and fredsnail are "keeping healthy and safe".
Since last Wednesday, -2lbs.  The indoor bike was used a lot everyday and also did more gardening tasks.

Apologies for the delay - I had no broadband yesterday to do the chart.  I hope you are both keeping safe - I'm working from home for the foreseeable future.

Thank you for the chart Fred.
I think you have missed a couple of my gains, my total should be 9.5 loss :)

Our office has been looking into working from home, all our systems are on the cloud anyway, just need to get enough laptops to supply all the staff. At the moment we're still going in, but at least we have a plan in place.

Looks like the gym will now stay closed ufn  So I'm going to continue with my Insanity Workouts at home. I'll run outside too, as long as we're allowed.

Morning all. Reporting in with a 2.2lb loss this week. Total loss of 11.8

Bf's work has closed, I'm still working (taxi office with hospital contract, so key transport) but we are looking at possibly working from home. The booking system and phonecalls all come through the internet so just need the security stuff sorted. Hope everyone is keeping safe.
