Thanks for your recent posts x_raphael_ xx and fredsnail.  Hope you are keeping well and safe. (I am a bit unclear what my "routine" will be at the moment regarding being home based and/or social distancing.
At the moment, I am indoors but doing lots of indoor biking and gardening.  No weight recorded today.

Stay safe both - it's a very strange and worrying time.  I'm working from home and have been for a week,  I've got shopping today for some of my neighbours but other than that I've not been out.

Don't forget, you are allowed out once a day to exercise. Take a stroll round the block for some fresh air if you can! Good for your mental health at least.

STS this week for me. Was hoping for a loss as I am 200.6lbs and I was hoping to break the 200 mark back into the hundreds. Onward to next week!
Finished my month of Insanity workout, now I can get back to running.

STS as last 18th March.  Thought I would have gained as not been out for a long time and also due to dietary changes.  Maybe the indoor biking and occasional gardening are helping?
Outdoor bicycle miles were 10.7 miles for March 2020 (on average, about half as many for this year).
    Thanks.

Evening all. Minisule 0.2 lbs loss this week. Frustrated I havfen't tipped over the 200 yet! But I did 'meet' up with my friends online and had a catch up and some drinks. Also fancied a roast, so pursuaded bf to cook one with trimmings while I was at work on Sunday.
