Thanks for your message last week which I really appreciated fredsnail.  Been thinking about you and how the other passengers in your car must have felt during/after the car collision you mentioned.

STS since 19/1/2020.  Did "have a go" at getting out more cycling which was a change.  Also, doing some gardening jobs.  Then the bad weather set in but have used the indoor bike a lot.

    Thanks.

Thank you for your comments - I'm ok thank you - there were no others in my car but the car that hit had passengers.  Thankfully everyone was ok :).
Dannie I hope you are feeling better now - it's difficult when you don't feel 100% - you're doing really well on the indoor cycling too :)
I can see that the chart hasn't posted on the new site so I'll try a couple of different things to see if I can get it to work.

Hi Fred, Dannie, it's good to see familiar names here.  Not posted for a number of years but would like to join in again.  Still battling with weight loss, so help and encouragement appreciated.

Needless to say I have gained some weight back and need to get my eating habits back on track.   I really want to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet to a minimum.  Exercise consists of ballroom dancing and gardening. I am in the trap of loosing a 1lb one week and gaining it again the next.    Rather tricky over next few weeks as we have had a death in the family and have all that to deal with.  Meal plans are virtually non existent.

Hello again durham_mim, sorry for your loss.
Your name is also "familiar" too me.  I think I recall you mentioning diffferent dietary approaches that you have done.  I also still do a lot of gardening.  Best of luck in joining in again.

Sorry to hear if your loss - it's always a difficult time - but take time to care for yourself too.

Hi Dannie, I have tried several different dietary approaches, low carb, SW and a anti candida exclusion diet.  I've settled to just calorie counting, but aiming to keep carbs & sugar low.
As to gardening, when I was here before I had an allotment.  I no. Longer have that, but we have moved to a bungalow with a large garden.  Many areas are overgrown and need re-organising, so both OH and I are kept busy.  We aim to make it lower maintenance.
Took up to date measurements today ready to start recording in signature.

Hello durham_mim, thanks for your message.  It was your first two "approaches" that I recalled.  I also have considered/tried different types of diets.  Interesting also to hear about your gardening plans which sound very similar to mine.
