There were only + 2.1 miles to add to the November 2019 exercise challenge. (Only included miles on the outdoor bike that month. All of the month came to 30.1 miles).
STS since last Wednesday. For the December 2019 exercise challenge,
please enter 2 hours and 40 minutes so far. This time represents using the indoor exercise bike only for the challenge.

STS since last Wednesday.
For the exercise challenge, another 5 hours and 57 minutes done on the indoor exercise bike.
Not been very far all month on the outdoor bike and have not restarted the indoor weights. Also, had a short walk/bus ride to attend another GP surgery further away (mine had no appointments available so arranged this). Ear infection problem.

STS since last week.
For the exercise challenge, cycled another 4 hours and 50 minutes on the indoor bike.
Unfortunately, still not well so diet and exercise type were affected. Had two short walks to see another doctor and go to a Pharmacy again.

Hi fredsnail/everybody.
Yesterday, STS.
For the exercise challenge, + 4 hours and 44 minutes done on the indoor bike.
Otherwise, things very much the same (i.e. diet/exercise/health) as my recent previous posts. Nevertheless, maintained the same weight despite a change in health circumstances.
