Outdoor bike miles for October 2019 = 34.7 miles.0

- 1lb since 23/10/19. Did some of my usual exercise activities but more slowly due to a sore back. Have left the "weights" for now.
For the exercise challenge, please convert 9 miles to hours. These were done on the outdoor bike this month so far.
