    Outdoor bike miles for October 2019 = 34.7 miles.

    - 1lb since 23/10/19. Did some of my usual exercise activities but more slowly due to a sore back. Have left the "weights" for now.

    For the exercise challenge, please convert 9 miles to hours. These were done on the outdoor bike this month so far.

    - 1lb since last Wednesday. Thought I had been more sedentary so unexpected. Diet remains the same.

    For the exercise challenge, 8 miles cycled outdoors.

    STS since last week. Generally, exercise and diet very similar to my last post (# 1067). For the exercise challenge + 7 miles cycled outdoors.
