Thanks for your message last week fredsnail.
Hope things are okay with you now.
STS since last Wednesday. Started doing the indoor weights again and more frequently throughout the week. Not quite so far, I think, on the outdoor bike but about the same for the indoor bike. Have had a few gardening tasks to do and also went for a walk foraging locally for blackberries. Diet was about the same.

Hi.
3.4 lbs gain for me this week.
Sorry to be a hassle Fred, can you zero my totals again, I'm going to start afresh today.
Partners mum passed away on Friday, so we've obviously not cared what we've been shoving in our faces.
Made it to the gym for the first time today, 45 minutes of intense circuits.
I really need to make an effort, I'm almost back to my original starting weight.
Please also add me to the 5lb challenge.
I have 33lbs to lose, so I'm going to break it down to 5lbs chunks.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

STS since last Wednesday. Did a bit of all my usual exercise activities but not much gardening. Diet was harder, perhaps due to dealing with some difficult tasks at home?
Please may I also be added to the 5lb challenge. I am also the same weight now as the start of the year.
Sorry for your loss x_raphael_ _ xx.
Thanks for everything last month fredsnail.
P.S. August outdoor bike miles were 45.9 + (i.e. bike mileometer broke; so maybe + another 5 to 6 miles.0 -

Wow, a whopping 7lbs loss this week!
I've started going back to the gym and managed a run. Been watching my calories very closely this week.
It's been hard getting back to 'normal' but I'm getting there.

STS since last Wednesday. Usual variety of the exercise activities done. However, more gardening done but less "longer" distance outdoor biking. Diet remains similar.
