    STS since last Wednesday.

Exercise activities were the usual but also more walking. The indoor weights (for my upper body) continues to be not fitted in. My diet was about the same.

Good luck everybody for this month.

    Thanks fredsnail.

    Hi,

STS since last Monday. Diet and exercise were very similar to the week before so could do with a new plan.

    Thanks fredsnail.

An unexpected - 2lbs since last Wednesday. Seemed to have ate more all week. However, the exercise must have added up :-

    Indoor biking every day.
2 further afield outdoor bike rides plus a few local ones (foraging plums and charity shop outings).
    Gardening (weather permitting).

Good luck all and thanks fredsnail.

Gain of 1.4 lbs this week.
My brother has pulled out of the triathalon we have entered in September. Looks like I'll be doing it on my own then!
