    Hi,

I thought I did about the same as last week with my exercise and diet routine. However, -2lb and this is back to the weight I started at on 1/1/2019. Feel okay about that.

    Thanks fredsnail.

    -2.2 lbs this week.
I haven't done any exercise, so I was probably right with my TOTM.

I've been so tired the last week, I get home from work at 4, nap for two hours, have tea then go back to bed early at 9.
I hope I'm just run down, and I'll perk up soon. If not I think it'll be another trip to the drs.

Gain of 2lbs this week. Still really fatigued.
I get home from work, take the dog out then nap for an hour or two. Then it's tea and back to bed.
Would have pushed myself to go to boxing tonight, but scooter has broken down

Last months (May 2019) outdoor biking came to the same as the month before = 32.9 miles.

Since last week STS. Did all the usual exercise activities/diet. However, the indoor weights are still not getting done.

    Thanks.

STS since last week. Did lots of outdoor bike errands and the indoor cycling everyday. Also, a lot of gardening on the few fine days so the garden is looking much more spacious now. The indoor weights were not done until today! Diet remains very similar.

    Best of luck all.

    Thanks fredsnail.

Back up again! + 2lbs since last Wednesday. Not sure how that happened apart from that the outdoor biking was less?

    Thanks fredsnail.
