- 2lb since last Wednesday. Diet was very similar but difficult due to wanting to "overeat". Did some gardening instead and made an area look nicer by placing "decorative" stones along a stretch that needed doing.
Outdoor cycling was a bit more than the week before. Also, had to go for an appointment which involved quite a lot of walking, in order to do other tasks to make the day more useful. Otherwise, the usual exercise activities were are about the same amount i.e. frequency.

June 2019 outdoor bicycle miles came to 42.5 miles. The second highest monthly miles of the year so far.
+ 2lbs since last week. Not been well for over one week so do not know if that was a factor. Also, the outdoor bike needed repairing.
Good luck everybody.

- 2lbs since last Wednesday. Altered diet somewhat and food grocery items. Not used the outdoor bike, as although repaired, it punctured again and needed more spare parts. (Fixed today). Consequently, did "small" distance errands on foot, used the indoor bike and gardening. No weight training done.
Good luck.

Loads of exercise; even started to do the indoor weights again. "Healthier eating" and less calories. However, + 6lb.
