Hey everyone, so I need to lose a little weight but don't do well with calorie counting or weighing myself regularly. I'm really just looking for a little motivation on exercising more and eating better, perhaps getting some delicious healthy recipes!
Is this a good place for me or are you more focused on the numbers?0 -
Hi PurpleSkies (great name ). We are trying to get exercising more and eating better - we have an exercise challenge each month to try to help. We're really friendly so why not give us a try0

x_raphael_xx - I hope you have a speedy recovery - but if you are still ill don't push it with the half marathon. Take care.0

STS since last week. More miles on the outdoor bike were done than the week before. Otherwise, indoor cycling everyday, gardening more or less everyday but not remembering to do the indoor weights exercise.

A whopping 4.8 lbs gain for me.
I'm hoping its bloating due to TOTM, I came off my pill last month, so my body is adjusting. Fingers crossed it will be gone by next week!
I didn't run the half marathon in the end. Back is a little better now, but gets super itchy if it gets sweaty. It was a hot day and it was bad enough just walking home from the race (bf attempted it, got halfway before he injured his achilles)
