    Weight = 1lb loss (recorded 24/4/19).

For the exercise challenge = + 10 hours and 52 minutes (just the gardening time recorded).

Also, did plenty of indoor biking, some indoor weights and outdoor bike rides a bit further afield.

    Good Luck all.

    Thanks fredsnail.

I would like to get involved. Will post my weight tomorrow morning and then do morning weigh ins from then on on Thursdays.

Intend to do it by upping exercise and cutting out work treats.

Welcome to the thread and good luck with the weigh ins. The work treats are dreadful in my office so I try to avoid them too.

Hi guys, I'm so sorry I've been AWOL.
Everything seems to have gotten on top of me the last couple of week, I've forgotten to weigh in, and I've been away running the Brighton Marathon (did really badly as I didn't train nowhere near enough! but I did cross the finish line.)
Then my laptop died on me, I bought a swish new pc, but had to wait for it to be built and delivered. Now I'm back!!

Just to keep you upto date...on wednesday I had gained 0.6lbs from my last WI three (four??) weeks ago.

STS since last week. Did more of my usual exercise activities than the week before including two walks. Diet about the same.

For the April 2019 exercise challenge (gardening time only recorded that month)= 2 hours and 18 minutes.

April 2019 outdoor bike miles were 32.9 miles.

    Thanks fredsnail.

P.S. x_raphael_xx _ Hope everything starts to improve. Seen a bit of the Brighton Marathon on youtube. Still an achievement you finishing!

I'm just annoyed with myself, as I know I could have done better. I was an hour longer than the first time I did it! and An hour and a half longer than last year.
I was ready to quit at mile 15, had a bit of a cry, then I checked the map and saw I was almost at the turn point back into the seafront so resolved myself to finishing, even thou I had to walk the last 10 miles. My body refused to run!

2lbs gain for me this week. Too many treats sneaking in, and no exercise.

I've had a mystery bad back from no-where so too painful to exercise. Feels a lot better today (I had hayfever too, and sneezing was murder!) been back to my boxing class today. I have a half marathon in 3 weeks, so need to get back on the running. Its not scaring me as much as the full marathon did thou :p

    Happy wednesday everyone.

2lbs Loss for me this week. Probably due to cutting out the snacks, rather than upping excersise :)

STS since last Wednesday. Calories went up and it was likely that my weekly exercise activities decreased?

x_raphael_xx, thanks for your comments about your Marathon experience. I think I can relate to that. Good luck for the oncoming half marathon.

    Thanks fredsnail.
