  • Oops. Logging in late.
    Gain of 4.4lbs.
Either the scales were wrong last week, or the five guys burger I ate last night is still sitting in my stomach. Been good otherwise all week, so I think I must have miss-weighed last week.

+ 2lbs since 1/1/2020 which was less than I expected. (Seems ages since I was out more cycling).

Since last Wednesday, for the exercise challenge, another + 6 hours and 16 minutes done on the indoor exercise bike.

    Thanks.
  • Another late WI, sorry.

For month ending January 2020, another + 2 hours 11 minutes and 5 seconds (indoor bike only used for all of that months' exercise challenge).

(Outdoor bike miles were just 20.7 miles last January).

Since last Wednesday, hardly been out but have used the indoor bike every day. Didn't weigh myself, as disappointed with the long stretch of feeling less well. Anyhow, hope everybody are okay!

    Thanks.

Apologies I've just realised I didn't do a chart last week - someone ran into the back of my car last week (thankfully everyone is ok) and I completely forgot that I'd not done the chart.

I hope you feel better soon - hopefully the lighter nights and better days will help.

Hope you're okay Fred, it's frightening cos it just comes out of nowhere.
Sorry I've been AWOL, I weigh myself each week, but I'm rubbish at logging on and updating.
