Hi x_raphael_ xx, was wondering how you were.  Me too, I am afraid.  Have become very unwell with all the neighbourhood disturbances which are of many types, meaning normal household and garden life are severely and adversely affected, on top of pandemic concerns.
Did 7 hours and 23 minutes on the exercise bike.  Less gardening due to the above and not been out of the house at all.
    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.
    Take care.
    Thanks.

I'm sorry things are overwhelming at the moment for you both - Dannie it must be awful living next to people who are not thoughtful - I hope that things are relaxed soon to allow them to go back to work to give you some peace.
I have been practicing some mindfulness breathing exercises which has helped reduce my anxiety about things, it may help you: https://www.verywellmind.com/the-benefits-and-steps-of-box-breathing-4159900

Thanks fredsnail for the link.  I need to try a bit longer with the technique of box breathing as I am not sure yet if it is helping.  Anyway, glad it helps you and others.  I have had to use a MP3 player playing white noise out loud or earphones. I also use noise cancellation headphones a lot of the day.  It has helped sometimes.

For the April 2020 exercise challenge, did another 34 minutes on the indoor bike.
    + 2lbs.
On the outdoor bike for the above month = Zero miles.
Tried to do some gardening last week but it was difficult due to various factors menioned in previous posts.  Did not go out either.  Just the usual indoor biking was the main exercise.
Sorry, bit late tonight.  Hope everybody is okay.

Dannie - don't give up - there are all sorts of various breathing exercises - it's a case of trying a few different ones until you find one that works for you.  I'm glad that the noise cancelling headphones are working for you - but it's not fair that you should have to wear them most of the day to get some peace.

fredsnail - Been meaning to say "thanks" for everything.  (Haven't really known the best way to do this post i.e. always strive to treat others properly in my communications).
I'll just add that I have not given up and when things became too (noise) intolerable recently, I tried your breathing exercises.  Was surprised to feel some relief.  Breathing exercises are new to me but eventually will have a closer look at the variety.
The noise cancellation reduces some of the high volumes of noise but apparently is thought too auditory damaging, to block the worst in my situation.
Anyway, will be back tomorrow with my usual Wednesday post.
    Hope everybody is okay.
