fredsnail - Been meaning to say "thanks" for everything.  (Haven't really known the best way to do this post i.e. always strive to treat others properly in my communications).
I'll just add that I have not given up and when things became too (noise) intolerable recently, I tried your breathing exercises.  Was surprised to feel some relief.  Breathing exercises are new to me but eventually will have a closer look at the variety.
The noise cancellation reduces some of the high volumes of noise but apparently is thought too auditory damaging, to block the worst in my situation.
Anyway, will be back tomorrow with my usual Wednesday post.
    Hope everybody is okay.

You're welcome Dannie - I'm glad the you had some relief with the breathing exercises - they are hard to do when you aren't used to doing it but like most things the more you do it the easier it becomes.
I didn't know that noise cancellation could be damaging either.
I'm good thanks - I went out shopping for some neighbours this afternoon - I go out once a week to do this, and am lucky enough to be able to work from home at the moment.
I hope that you are ok too.

    The update I mentioned : -
Thanks for both asking how I am.  (Struggling but still trying to keep up with this challenge).
This month so far, started to go out on the outdoor bicycle very early morning and also get as much gardening done before noisey neighbours prevent it.  The indoor bike is also still used but not quite as much.  Diet is more chaotic but healthy, I think.
About the "noise cancellation" fredsnail, I should have said white noise could damage my ears according to some studies, not noise cancellation.

6.2lbs Gain for me this week! :o I did have a takeaway pizza last night, so hoping it's just a blip. I've started running again and been out twice last week. Food (apart from takeaway) has been as normal, so I may just still be full of pizza.

+ 2lbs since last week.  A little disappointed.  The bulk of the exercise activities were done very early morning but (probably) weekly calories increased.

    Evening all.
2lbs loss for me this week.
My boxing class instructor has started doing classes on Zoom, so I've just been jumping around the living room. So hot and stuffy here so its not as fun as a nice air conditioned studio, but got to make do!

Hi, hope everybody is keeping well.  Not much change to my exercise routine as from the previous week really.  Also, diet again was very similar. Consequently, STS.
Will post my monthly bike miles at some point.  Very likely that these will make up the three hours per week for this month (May 2020).
    Thanks.
