Back up + 2lbs again. More or less usual exercise routine and diet. Just the addition of one short walk done. Done more gardening but still loads to catch up on. A little stressful not having more time for this activity. Blackberries should not be long off so it will be nice to go and have a look in the near future.Thanks.0

STS since last Wednesday. This was expected as my weekly average calories "crept up". However, things were very hectic:-- gardening as much as possible as early as 5am approx. onwards or going out on the bike locally,- occasionally indoor biking.Blackberries were not quite ready yet.0

- 2lbs since last week. An active week again. One difference was a 1 hour walk to collect blackberries but only eight (single ones) found. Still not ready and not many blackberry bushes remain compared to many years ago. Diet was probably less calories. Also, been doing some decluttering, so in my opinion an interesting quote last week fredsnail.Thanks.0
