STS since last week. Did not go out on the outdoor bike and used the indoor bike less than the week before. However, worked hard at trying to complete gardening tasks before weather/winter conditions etc. make it much harder than now. Still a lot to do!Thanks.0

There's still so much to do in the garden isn't there Dannie - hopefully we'll have a few dry days to get some jobs done.0

Thanks for your message fredsnail. Yes, there are plenty of tasks to complete still and added to them this year are my " low maintenance" ones too. Since your last post, there has been plenty of rain here making it harder/impossible most days. However, did manage to transplant some plants, tidy up some pavement areas and dig up some home grown potatoes.Other exercise activities were one (local) bike ride and some indoor biking.STS since last week whereby diet seemed very much the same.Thanks.0

Hi Fred and everyone else.
Thought i would pop in to say hi.
Since i last posted ( maybe a year or so ago) i have kept my weight down, and am currently at 13.5 stone ( from 15.5 3 years ago)
Kep up the good work, it is not easy to keep motivated in this lockdown and dodgy weather, but you can do it.
regards
Sy..Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!
Cos if you do it today and like it...You can do it again tomorrow..

Well done Dannie - it's been raining here most days too (and some strong winds) so I've not been out to work in garden much - sadly my get up and go has got up and gone!0

Hi Syman and fredsnail, thanks for your recent messages. I seem to have lost my regular routine of exercise activities at the moment. However, did manage to STS since last week. This seems about right as I can only remember doing a fairly quick garden task, less indoor biking and no outdoor biking. Did have a walk (3 miles approx.) and have realised that my fitness is not so good for this activity. Diet also had its "ups and downs". Take Care.Thanks.P.S. Outdoor bike miles/October 2020 = 6 miles.0
